We leverage Patient-Derived Organoids (PDOs) as high-fidelity biological avatars to predict therapeutic outcomes with unprecedented precision.

 

This model demonstrates an 88% accuracy in predicting treatment efficacy and a 100% negative predictive value (1), ensuring no patient is subjected to ineffective, toxic treatments.

As validated in seminal research (2,3), PDOs effectively mirror intra-tumor heterogeneity and metastatic response, bridging the gap between in vitro testing and in vivo reality.
